Your Questions, Answered

Whether you’re just starting to explore your options or you’re ready to make decisions about your project, we’ve compiled a list of inquiries that address a wide range of topics. From initial planning stages to final touches, we hope you find the insights you need to move forward with confidence.

Where do you build?

We build all throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. Some of our recent projects have been located in University Park, Preston Hollow, Plano, and our newest neighborhood is located within the Fields Preserve development in Frisco.

While she does not work for Starside, we have worked with Pam Roberts with PWR Designs for many years. She knows our processes and does an amazing job managing the design selection process.

We can provide a wide range, but ultimately the final cost will depend on your tastes and preferences. This is why we have such an extensive pricing process in which we bid every detail out and meet for hours to determine allowances.

We do not, but we do work with a number of architects and designers in the area and can make recommendations based on style and budget.

We have experience building under a variety of energy performance standards, from Energy Star to Green Built Texas. In addition, our President maintains the Master Certified Green Professional (Master CGP) designation from the NAHB, which is the highest standard within the industry.

Many of our subcontractors have been with us since we started 10+ years ago, which is one of our largest competitive advantages. If, however, someone is not performing, we do not hesitate to go out and find a more quality replacement.
