As the developer of, and builder within Normandy Estates, Starside is creating extraordinary homes for exceptional living.

An accomplished entrepreneur, Phill served as President of his family’s global injection mold manufacturing business from 1976 to 2004. He was awarded the Entrepreneur of the Year for Family Owned Business in 1996 by Ernst and Young. His company was also awarded the Oklahoma Governor’s Award for International Business in the early 1990s. Before selling the family-owned business in 2007, he and his brothers built the Oklahoma-based business into a global manufacturing powerhouse with 500 employees in Shawnee, Oklahoma and operations in China, Argentina, and New Zealand.

Phill holds a business management degree from the University of Oklahoma and is a veteran of the U.S. Army.
